We are Never Upset for the Reasons We think
In this video I describe how Upset works. How our past memories are recalled when something upsets us, triggering our bodies to experience a very similar to the past. This is actually a protective instinct or behavior that our brains and nervous systems have cultivated after 100,000’s of years.How do we change how our bodies react to upsets? Awareness of what our internal or inner experience is where it all starts. We need to know what is going on before we can change anything. Awareness can lead to acknowledgement, internal acceptance and understanding. Culminating in personal responsibility, returning our personal power back to us.
