Missions and Values

Our Mission:

To guide others in embracing all parts of themselves; their wholeness. Allowing them to become more loving, empowered and to navigate life with clarity.  We believe this creates a fulfilling and meaningful life which ripples out to partners, family, community and then the world. That is how life improves for us all. That is how we change the world.

“Our greatest ability as humans is not to change the world; but to change ourselves.”

~ Mahatma Gandhi

Our Core Values:

Integrity

To operate in the world and within self in a way that is ethical, considerate; with honesty and clarity of intentions. To spend the time needed to find out what is right; then take action that reflects that knowing. To be accountable for our 50% of the 100% in relationships and to model what that looks like.

Curiosity

To be open to being wrong and learning from it. To be open to other perspectives or points of view, and new ways of seeing or doing things. To constantly refine our attunement to others to encourage connection and improve our listening and receiving of others.

Empowerment

To consistently remind ourselves that we have the power to change our experiences in our lives with our attitudes and open perspectives. To lead in a way that encourages success and power within instead of creating reliance on something outside ourselves.

Trust of self

To act with as much trust as one can with Self. Trusting of instincts, intuitions, past experiences, knowing, logical understandings and the greater power in the universe. Learning to trust ourselves to handle the unknowns of life.

Consideration of all aspects of ourselves

To never lose sight of the importance of our bodies, our minds, our emotions, and our spirituality. To honor our brilliance, successes and achievements. While also honoring the less shiny or brilliant parts as they provide great service to us in other ways we may not yet understand.

Continuous Growth

We commit always to further learning and growing. To continue to do our own personal development. Understanding that like everything in the universe we are continuously evolving, driven by the natural expansion and contraction of the human experience. This specifically means getting personal support from seniors in our fields. Including having a professional supervisor, a personal counselor and participating in workshops for our professional and personal growth throughout our careers. To regularly practice life sustaining activities such as physical exercise and meditations.

Experience the Joy of living

To maintain and nurture our friends and support through social activities, entertainment, sharing food and laughing until we can’t breathe. To find joy in the physical world, our relationships and our inner worlds to the utmost of our abilities.

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us;
It’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
